Registration Instructions:

All players will need to create an account prior to completing their first registration within the system. In subsequent years, you may log in with your account information to register. To create an account, please click "Register" on the upper right hand corner to get started. The medical form will need to be provided to the players coach.  If you have provided a birth certificate in the past we will not need another copy.
